DESCRIPTION: Rubilux Water Based Cement Primer is based on highly quality alkali resistance acrylic Emulsion used for priming of Exterior plastered walls, cement and asbestos to improve the adhesion between the wall and top coat material. It supplied in white colour results to rich matt finish with better covering in any type of wall surfaces.

- Can be tinted with Rubilux Universal Stainer to obtained desired customized colours
- Avoid peeling and flaking of topcoat.
APPLICATION METHOD AND SURFACE PREPARATION: Clean the surface free from loose particles, check the newly plastered surface is completely dry and matured if not allow the newly plastered surface to dry. Rubilux Cement Primer supplied should be thinned with water, normally in the ration 1:1 to get brushing consistency. While thinning take care to stir well. The thinned primer is applied one or two coats depending upon the surface. Allow Minimum 2 hours between successive coats.
