RENOVA CHLORINATED RUBBER PAINTis a single pack plasticized chlororubber medium based paint having good water impermeability, resistance to salt spray, spillage of fumes of most acids, salt solution and corrosive gases

INDUSTRIAL GRADE ALUMINIUM PAINT PD HT200
Rockfort I/G Aluminium Paint is a Oleoriseneous based general purpose Aluminium paint supplied in a Dual Packing Medium and Paste separately. The ready mixed paint obtained by mixing the medium and paste is used for protective and decorative purposes, Particularly where a heat reflecting surface is required. Aluminium paint is used as a finishing coat on interior and exterior steel work exposed to moderate corrosive environment where light reflection and moderate heat resistance is required. It has good water resistance, scratch hardness up to 1500 grams and shows no signs of cracking, blistering, flecking, peeling when exposed to dry heat up to 250 degree centigrade,
TECHNICAL DATA:-
Finish : Smooth and lustrous matt metallic finish

Drying : Surface dry- Two hours
Tack free - Three hoursHard dry - Twenty four hours
Stoving : Can be cured at 120 degree centigrade for 25 to 30 minutes to get well dried and cured film.
Coverage : By Brushing : 17 to 22m2 per Litre per coat: By Spray : 13 to 16m2 per Litre per coat
Heat Resistance : Dry heat up o 250 degree heat
Scratch Hardness : Up to 1500 grams
Recommended film thickness - Twenty microns
SURFACE PREPARATION:-
Clean the surface to be painted free from dust and other foreign material, generally no primer is required, if any preliminary rust particles are present use appropriate pretreatment chemical to remove. On clean and dry surface apply single or two coats.
APPLICATION DETAILS:-
Generally No thinner is recommended since the paint as such itself is supplied in brushing consistency. If further thinning is necessary Rockfort enamel Thinner ET 101 can be used, to apply by brush or spray.
