RENOVA THERMCOAT HT 400 is a single pack heat resistant aluminium paint based on silicone resin and leafing aluminium pigment
PRINCIPAL CHARACTERISTICS
· Heat resistant up to 400.C
· Can be used for internal and external protection of steel surfaces
· Good anticorrosive properties
· Dries tack free at room temperature yielding film with good mechanical resistance, weather stability and corrosion resistance.

RENOVA POLYURETHANE FINISHES
Renova Polyurethane finishes / Enamel is a two pack Aliphatic isocyanate cured High Gloss exterior and interior non yellowing coating for chemical and Saline coastal environment. The complete cured film gives excellent color and gloss properties compared to any of coating type. Forms extremely tough and abrasion resistance property film. Its out standing features are

Surface PreparationFor Steel surface remove Grease, oil and other contaminates using degreasing solvent or by using metal treatment chemical and sand blast the metal / steel surfaces before application of primer coat. If sand blasting is not practical make use of mechanical tools and wire brushing to remove loose rust and other mill scale. Make sure the surface is dry and clean before of application of primer coat.

DESCRIPTION: Rubilux - Vivid has an unique formulation that ensures easy application, bright and non-fading colours and long lasting protection against harsh weather conditions. In effect, it will give your home a long lasting and beautiful look. This emulsion finish formulated for both interior and exterior application. This Unique formulation provides superior dirt –resistance.
STIR THOROUGHLY BEFORE USE
SURFACE PREPARATION: Ensure surface is thoroughly clean, dry and free from all loose dirt, chalk, grease, fungi, algae and flaking paint. This can be achieved by brushing with a wire/ stiff coir brush, followed by water jetting if required. For areas severely affected by algae or fungus, application of ICI Pre-Treatment Coat is recommended. Fill up all minor cracks and defects with cement and sand mixture in the ratio 1:3. Avoid application of putty or filling compound while painting an exterior surface.
PRIMING: Application of putty is not recommended. In case of freshly plastered walls, apply one self priming coat or one coat of Rubilux Exterior Acrylic Primer after thinning with water in the ratio of 1:1 by volume. For best performance self priming is recommended.
FINISHING: Apply two coats of Rubilux – Vivid for normal, sound surfaces, with 4-6 hours between coats. 3 coats may be required in case of darker colours. For horizontal surface, minimum 3 coats is recommended for best performance.
